Shiatsu is a gentle, deeply relaxing and powerful Japanese healing art. After a
session clients may feel a sense of relief, lighter, taller, as if they have
more energy, or are able to think and focus more clearly.
During a session, the whole of your body is worked on with gentle pressure and
stretching. You will receive this session fully clothed and lying on a futon
(Japanese mattress) on the floor.
Nicola practices Shiatsu from her home practice in Dorking and from a GP
surgery near Victoria, and has taught Shiatsu related classes as part
of interdisciplinary courses at Moving East.
