Aikido Beginners at Tetsushinkan Dojo
Beginners are welcome to join the dojo at any time of the year
and may attend any class.
If you have no previous Aikido experience, then you should watch
your first class and talk to the instructor afterwards about
joining in.
It is traditional for beginners and more advanced students to work together
in the majority of classes - allowing both sides to learn from each other.
Membership should be paid before beginning training. Keikogi
(judo suit) should be worn from the first lesson (we can order these for a cost
of around £27, or you can buy from any martial arts shop).
